I really want one and I need cheap (cheap = get $ 5 - $ 15) or not alowwed, hopefully this is not one of those who have the complete ballet .. Tutu is like a "dress up"? Those who are in a dress to be .. Box? Uhm knee and will probably really Poofy (several layers-ish). I buy only 13, so in alowwed not online, I thought for a while, because there are some good sides, but do not have a Wal-Mart here .. We like Spotlight and LinCraft .. shops and overpriced. I research costs and 1 meter tulle fabric (Tutu, about 7 feet need) $ 9.00! Please, please help D: I want this for Halloween, Im going as an evil fairy (:
